Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your fishing equipment must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality of our gear, certain items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Items not in their original condition (e.g., terminal tackle that has been opened or used)

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated directly with FishSmart Wholesale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.
Late or missing refunds:

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@fishsmart.com and send your item to: 1021 Saltwater Creek Rd, St Helens QLD 4650 AU.
Shipping Returns

Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Tracking: If you are returning expensive items (like high-end rods or reels), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
